M.A. Marriage & Family Therapy · AAMFT · CAPS
Adeola Adebayo holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kairos University. She and her husband have shared over 22 years of marriage and ministry, faithfully serving together since their campus years. They are grateful parents of three children.
Her therapeutic approach is Christ-centered, compassionate, and collaborative, focusing on repair, restoration, and wholeness within individuals and family systems. She is passionate about walking alongside people and helping them discover practical pathways toward healthier relationships and renewed hope.
Through Resilient and Intentional Parenting with Grace, Adeola shares deep insight, guidance, and practical tools for navigating and strengthening parenting roles in an unprecedented age.
This book addresses the gap between knowing what kind of parent one wants to be and showing up consistently that way, especially under stress. It provides insights for parents navigating exhaustion, cultural pressure, and uncertainty, helping them move from short-term fixes and perfection-driven efforts to a long-term, grace-centered approach that builds resilience, connection, and faith in both parent and child.
